Easily, you just posted them. Take those pics, take at look at Roelly's front, rear and ab thigh vs Tree Limb. There you have major ownage. Better detail front and definitely the back. Too bad hecwasnt directly compared to Branch.
One side note, Branch must use straps a lot because his forearms are seriously lacking in development. It's like he has Melvin's calves strapped to his arms.

It might just be the pic, but Dex's right arm looks a lot bigger and better than his left.

Dex just looks like Dex. I'd give it to Phill, his legs give him the edge for me. Although i'm just going by the handfuil of pics here.

Phil looks great crisp, sharp very conditioned, but his overall symmetry is not as complete as dexters, and dexters condition matches Phils so I'd have to give the nod by maybe a point or 2 to Dexter.
