Kai started out pre judging holding some water, but he got tighter as it went on. He isnt the hardest guy at the show, but hes not far from it. But his mass in his back, legs(specifically hams and glutes, feathered striations in quads), and shoulders make him the champ.

I think Phil is in the best shape, kai definately huge maybe holding a bit of water.

I personaly liked Phil more than Dex.
Phil has a very good separations this time.
Just i think his torso is too narrow.

Nice observation, his shoulder width has always been a discussion, however the biggest and best shape for him ever.

Kai winning is absolutely disgusting in every way for the face of bodybuilding and here's why:

#1: He didn't deserve it, he was off and there were better men on stage
#2: He's a freak
#3: He looks like a circus act
#4: His whole demeanor is a circus act, he's whole bag of marbles short of a brain
#5: Any kid can google this fools name and see horrendous things he's done prior to going big in bodybuilding

Basically 5 more reasons for people to throw bodybuilding in the circus. Just pathetic.

I think it's very close between all 4 of them. None are perfect. But i would have Dex in 1 easily, Heath, Kai, Branch. This reaks of politics yet again.
