And I'm done ruffling feathers, in all honesty, Heath really should have won. He was on point last and yes, I was surpised as hell Kai won, I really thought Heath had him beat. Like I said, Kai needs to chill on thd oil in the arms, I know this to be fact I'll leave it at that. It was just more pronounced this time.

I'm not really sure what Heath can do to beat Kai. His size is perfect he just needs to refine. His lower body in particular. Even though posing isn't scored he really needs tp work on it cause fist pumping and walking back and forth trying to get people to clap for you sucks.

Yep - the placings were the wrong way round IMO.

Heath should have beat Kai and Dexter should have placed ahead of Branch. But hey, thems the breaks.

There's not much Heath can do about it other than keep improving and coming in at his best - he has definitely improved from the Olympia - but remember, he beat Kai at the Olympia only six months ago so there's no reason why he can't do it again.

Actually no he didn't Kai was 4th, Heath was 5th. Dex was 3rd, Branch was 2nd, Jay was 1st.

kai freak muscle at 95% gives phil's poorman's flex wheeler physique problems at 100%. that's about it.

Ah my bad - I was thinking of the 08 Olympia for some reason where Heath was third. And Kai wasn't in that one.

Health lacks muscle maturity. He simply has not been training very long and he's only 30.

Look at the muscle maturity and density of a bodybuilder like Dexter Jackson who has been training a lot longer and is 40 years old.

Kai Greene, although in his early 30s has been training very hard as a life reality escape since he was a 15 boy in foster homes.

The only thing that Health can do to get "that look" in put his time in.

Pill Heath has plent of freak factor just in a different way. His physique is no longer Flex or Melvinish. It is now Levronish a mix of mass a shape. Flex and Pill have nothing in common. I'm not turning on Kai, it's not his fault he won and I'm still his biggest fan but Heath got fucked last night. I'm still all about fairness and that wasn't fair.

Although I think Heath should have won, I can kind of see it going to Kai.

u ever thought while u jumping from boat - boat that kai is the guy who could be the phil killer just for the moment. alwasy thought it would be vic or wolf. seems ifbb is liken to kai's redemption story than focusing on his stripping BS which is nice for a change. that's matches him up well with phil's golden boy story...dont you think?

if u cant decide...we the best next to greeks at building boats.

Exactly right. Kai and Dexter have old man muscle, very mature. Phil still has drug muscle.

kai arms were bigger than last year,, a lot... although everyone had big arms there this year,, that front d bi was very impressive of dex, phil , kai even branch (a lil) though i think that shot showed dex clearly beat him.

as far as kai, phil,, your right and the judges had phil in front of kai after the pre judge so that part you mentioned with the posing and getting peeps to claps, it hurt him. he needs more back, his arms are great, but more back. big backs win shows.
