How do you like them? if you are doing them right your tris should be blown the fuck up after a few sets
At first I was just lifting with my ego and it wasn't as effective as hitting the tri's as it should have been, still don't think I have it totally down correct.
I put the outside of my hands just inside the rough part of the barbell. Do you think that is still spread to far apart? I think I am coming up too high like mid chest instead of diaphram so I need to work on bringing it down lower by reading your last post.
Also where do you keep you elbows placed through the movement?
