its funny how people always say id rather have 16 ripped than 20 not ripped,my arms are 22" and everywhere i go people ask me questions about them and stare at them.My buddys with 16-18" ripped dont get any attention at all because their not big.Just my 2 cents id rather have huge arms with a little definition than smaller but ripped anyday.

Have you ever been really lean while retaining muscularity? ...and btw, ripped 18" WILL be noticed! To say ur buddy has 16-18 is a HUGE diff

Depends on the frame. If you are short and all you rock are arms, 16-18s that are cut will definitely get noticed. If you are a 6 footer, then no.

I understand that. I was going by the 16-18 statement. Of course a tall dude with 18s cut will get more attention than a dude with 16s cut, unless his look like mini Phil Heaths.
But a short dude with cut 16s vs a 6 footer with cut 16s is a diff story. That was what I going by... If equal.. But there are many variables such as shape and definition. Long bis vs short bis, long tris versur short tris, vascularity vs lack of it, etc.

Exactly. Sure enough, dov got in shape for Mr. Getbig, but was out of shape before that (probably now too) and more importantly, had small arms in both cases LOL!!

Che's arms are great at 16. It depends on shape and contours, i would take his arms over 19 inch at 20% bodyfat everyday of the week.

Groink has great arms though, very good shape to bi's and tri's. He carries the weight well due to shape.

Of course, people tend to lie about their measurements, weight, height, whatever. Method101 claims his arms are 16 inches. I think I could probably get away with saying my calves are 17 maybe even 18 inches when in reality they are just a bit over 16 inches. I never understood why someone would lie about something you can see with your own eyes.

Thank you. Perhaps some judicious carb loading and an intense "pump-up" session I stand a chance at getting close to the 16 inch mark.

Groink, maybe you should institute a rule that you can't post in this thread unless you, yourself, have posted an arm pic. That will eliminate the anonymous cowards.

I tried to hit the 16 inch mark with a "pump-up" but barely hit 40cm which is still under 16 inches. Oh well, can't win them all. At least I know it's far, far better than what the cowardly MJK can ever achieve.

Coming from you that is quite a compliment. It's faded considerably since my sun burnt days last October because I'm not able to get out as much. Still it's sufficient to blend in with the natives.
