
You have great bi’s.. not much tri’s. at least you’re lean. If you cant see the muscle, what’s the point?
Well, I hope to see some results on my tris after a couple of months doing Groink's close grip decline tricep press. As I mentioned before, I don't really do a bodybuilder routine because I'm more concerned with conditioning and stamina. Being winded in a match is the worse feeling. All I really do now for tris is one set of pushdowns followed by one set of push-ups with my hands close together so that they are touching. Then one set of over head tricep extensions either with a curling bar or dumbell and then again with the close hand push-ups. No rest between sets and super set. I guess it would be called a "giant set."
This will be my before tricep picture and we'll see what happens doing more weight lifting. Come June or July -- look out.
