True, Grunk works out for 30 yrs but is only able to build his mass in the past few yrs as his T levels plummet. Grunk.... stop it already.

First pic i was 28 and probably the smallest i ever was....I was partying my face off . i still hit the gym, but i was beating the shit out of my body on a nightly basis and hardly eating. still weighed a solid 200+

second pic late thirties i think, bout 220 and lean in that pic. In my later years i got a lot more serious about my training and stopped killing myself with my lifestyle choices....I grew up, for lack of a better term, and it shows.

actually i have a nice flat and a good job. I did go through some difficult challenges in the past that i overcame. I do not recall being on here looking for sympathy though.
