Note to Groink: I forget. What is the minimum size requirement for your arms to be accepted into the club? I've been doing some real bodybuilding lately and my arms are closing in on 15.5 inches fast. Real fast. Those tricep close grip presses are starting to pay off.

actually i did nothing except decreasing my training volume after advises from my friends mr. NB and FP!!.. this has really refreshed my muscles..

depends on a few things Pellius.....a short guy like Shereef will have big arms at 16 +.....a taller guy has to be sporting 17+ for consideration.

Its more than just the size....shape, separation and balanced development are just as important.....I'm going to post a few new arm pics shortly that will simultaneously raise the bar and clearly illustrate the requirements  LOLOL

The reason Groink blows everyone else away (even Adrian), is because he has the *wow* factor.. that elusive quality. The muscle is simply hanging off of the arm. So far, no one has posted up a more impressive arm imo.
