Probably not the best thing to do in terms of joint health.. I dont know, but when I started squatting bellow parallel (like alllll the way down).. I gained a lot of mass on my thighs, it was a night and day difference. Throw a few sets of deep squats in there, light weight sets. I’ve had no problems. The deep squats have actually increased my flexibility a lot.

me too i feel my knees are more flexable now more than before when i was not training my legs seriously!!..

All the way down is the way to go.  i used to do parallel and had decent wheels, but after recently switching to going butt to the floor, ive had much better results.  less back pain going all the way down as well.
going all the way down butt to floor... gives more knee pain
choice is an illusion

It's explosive movements that will cause pain and injury. Full range movements done in the relatively strict and controlled way that Sherief does it is actually better for the joints. Increased flexibility and resistance throughout the entire range.

When you do your tricep pushdowns do you stop at 90 degrees or go all the way up until your forearms touch your biceps?
