heaths arms are great but kai's are just plain bigger minus the definition in that pic. someone mentioned kai was puttin oil in those,,, hope not. those low lat inserts on kai helps his v taper big time. heaths gonna need more back n legs to do battle/win over kai.

It's wild that someone can be bigger than Phil at a similar height. Kai's a hair less conditioned though. I'd give these to Phil even though Kai is noticeably bigger.

Kai is soft like a grapefruit. Maybe Dorian could learn him a thing or two how to get in shape with food and right gear. I dont like Kai soft look at all, he is smooth like a baby. Need to drop like 10pound to get totally ripped.

None of them was dwarfed by the other.

Phil has the most pleasing physique and his ripped to shred

Kai has a "unique" look

the 2 are just as good

Kai's lats look A LOT WIDER and his arms are much bigger in that shot

In terms of size, Kai doesn't blow Phil out of the water. Phil has much much better detail than Kai. I'm still wondering why they gave it to Kai.

Phil has better flow to his physique and was definitely in better condition. The conditioning should have pushed him ahead of Kai in this show.

I haven't seen Phil since last Mr. O. If you see them in person, you'll see the size difference....CLEARLY.
Phil gives the illusion of being alot bigger than he is especially with his arms being as big as they are.

Kai is just big. They have very different frames. Phil adds 10 lbs of muscle and you really notice it. Kai not so much. BUT Kai has a very dense and mature look to his muscle while Phil has a plastic look.
