Natural seeking some gyno advice...
« on: March 08, 2010, 01:55:03 AM »
When I was 19 and first started lifting, I started gettin symptoms of gyno (lumps, soreness, puffy nipples).  They went away after a few months, but ever since my chest has always carried extra fat around my nipple area even though I'm always pretty lean (about 7-9% bf year round).  I've never used steroids my whole life...don't have anything against it, it's just something I haven't done.

I'm now 30...I've been lifting pretty regularly for 11 years now.  My fatty chest area has always bothered me...I'm pretty lean everywhere else but I feel like the fatty nipples ruin my chest aesthetics.  Just wondering if there are any drugs I could take to reduce this natural gyno.  I've heard some things about Nolva, Clomid, and Arimidex.  Do they work on reducing natural gyno?  I know leaning up a bit more will help reduce it also, but I know it's more than just some chest fat.  I don't have any lumps, just fatty soft tissue in the nipple area.  Very aggravating when you flex your chest and see striations in the upper and inner pecs but around the nipple it's fatty and puffy.  Any advice?

i Don.'t know what to tell you but i'm pretty sure its not gyno that you Have......when taking in steroids different ppl amortize At different rates, convert more testosterone to dht ect ect that's what causes gyno Or prolactin levels being too high....nd gyno is the growth of a gland behind the nipple, you can feel It It feels like a little hard lump, not chest fat...you'd know if It was gyno

I'm going to have to disagree jersey...people can get gyno without touching steroids for a number of different reasons...your best bet is to get some femara...if that doesn't clear it up you will need to get surgery to have the gyno and glands removed...femara is your best bet

x2

Run letro 2.5 ED for 2 months, taper off it and Use Nolva at the end ~2-4 weeks

There doesn't have to be a hard lump...gyno will look like fat underneath the nipple...you don't have to take steroids to get gyno

yeah I had lumps and tenderness back when I was 19 and first started lifting.  Freaked me out n didn't know what it was...thought it was caused by the protein shakes lol.  They went away, but now I've always carried that fatty tissue in my nipple area no matter how lean I get.  Gonna try some femara...thanx!  Any suggestions on where to order it?

Letro is not your best bet here. This gyno is already set in and probably not caused from current estro levels. Your best bet would be to go see your Doctor and see what he has to say about it. They may even recommend surgery if the area is tender or sore.

Still learning.....So once Gyno sets in there supps that will help. You need to see a doc? So that means I really need to prevent Gyno from starting? Or is this guy to far gone?

You need to prevent gyno from starting in the first place. That is why we use AI's. Some dont like using them, because they can prevent gains. If they are used correctly, and at lowest possible dose you should be fine, and the loss of gains will be next to non existent.
