He is so much smaller than both of them that the only way he can be up there with them is if he brings his conditioning in 100%, which Dexter did pretty well 100% of the time for years but with age I don't see this happening as much anymore.
Furthermore, how dumb must a person be to put their gut on display like this?

Shawn Ray was much smaller than Nasser or Dorian, Flex or Levrone, and he beat most of them on certain days with the exception of Dorian. Dex has a better structure than both Phil or Kai and came to the Arnold better conditioned than Kai did, at least in pre-judging. The only reason Dex is placing as low as he has been is because the judges don't want to put him ahead of these guys anymore, or Branch. Realistically, Branch, Dex and Phil could have won that show all based on different but strong attributes. It doesn't matter how on Dex can be or how good he can look now, he's not in the judges good books anymore as he's slowly being delegated to out of the top 5 in top shows.
