i am not saying it is......i am saying "i feel it is".....i don't believe the majority of the voters are smart enough to vote. i cant tell you how many times i have arrested pedophiles,murderers, drug dealers etc, etc....and upon searching them found a voters registration card...it makes me feel sick cause people like that have the opportunity to effect the outcome of a country, or possibly the world...

i think in order to be able to vote you should have to do the following.

1)never be convicted of any crime minus traffic tickets, and minor stuff like that
2)pass a written comprehension test
3)pass a test on the history of your country in which you wish to vote
4)pass a drug test
