Not sure how to help, eat more clean foods during the day?
Maybe eat a little bit of junk in the middle of the day so you arn't hungrey at night, if that's the issue.
Basically your body is saying you arn't eating enough during the day. Don't know if it affects you, but even eating a lot during the day sometimes i need junk food just in order to sleep properly. It's like i just burn any fat i have on me constantly and need some blockage in order to sleep.
