It was a day out with the boys however our wives and kids met us for lunch in the country, it was a pretty fast ride, so probably not a good day for passengers.

Dex and Melvin train together but no is training heavy at this stage, no spot rquired

Look at how great Winklaar is. I wasn't blind when I picked him for top 3 at the Arnold. Hope the Aussie judges aren't as blind as the ones at the Arnold last weekend. Guys on discussion boards all figure they are experts but most go along with what others are saying. Roelly doesn't have to pay his dues because he already is huge and ripped. Look at the guy! Who wouldn't want to have a physique like that? He has to relax more while posing and not pull faces where he is trying too hard.

rolly still needs thicker lower lats to compete against kai but he has a low lat insertion so no reason he can't build that area up over time.... awesome everywhere else

A little jealous MattT? Feeling threatened that he is coming to close to your idol in his 1st year/2nd competition as a pro already after training for 6 years?
