Been on 16 weeks need advice

Started with 50mgs ed dbol for 2wks then added 600 mgs deca and 1200 mgs tes 400 for a total of 8 weeks directly after went to 750mgs sustanson tes 360mgs parabolan 600 mgs equpoise and 150mgs winny these were all monday wed friday injections. Now I have some hcg for when I'm finished but I need to clean my receptors. Thinking of mixing hcg with 250 tes a week for 4 weeks is this a waste?  Also what is the best for resetting receptors to get the most gains and how long should the rest time be?  My gains were solid and diet was very clean but cost me some size because I didn't want that look of a  power lifter but I can now see veins in biceps that I have not been able to in past. Also would like ur opinion on the best anti estrogen and what my next cycle should be. Thanks in advance for your help

16 weeks is a long time I guess.  Funny there's no other responses, perhaps because the information you ask for is so basic?  Anyway I'm reviewing PCT protocols for myself and came across this little tidbit.  Very well written I thought.  It outlines an intense if a little pricey PCT.

You need to be off for at least 8 weeks if you want full potential for growth again. You can run 250mg test and some HCG during this time if you want to bridge. The best anti e would def be aromasin, but the best cost wise while on cycle would be adex. Arimadex will do the job, use aromasin for PCT.

Aromasin is a great drug for combating estrogen. Adex is also great. I run adex and low dose nolva while on cycle, and I run aromasin during PCT (now days I no longer do PCT as I just run trt when coming off cycle, so I stick with adex).
