He has better back detail, but he lacks in aesthetics, plus he has T-Rex arms syndrome. And he has barrel waist syndrome...He looks like the Nazi agent in League of Extrodinary Gentle, the one that took too much of Dr. Jekyll's Serum.
MattT is probably slitting his wrists right about now in regards to Roelly.

Melvin is slipping quickly in placings, and his physique isn't too far behind. Dexter still looks good, but I think he's starting to show a few signs of slippage too. The judges are probably getting sick and tired of seeing Dexter bring in what looks to be the same package.
And remember, both of these guys have been competing 10yrs. That's a long time, even if you're a top BBer. Most guys are around for 3-4yrs and then they're gone. Even some top level guys are around for just that long, but sometimes their bodies can't take it, so they split. Sometimes I'm amazed that guys like Dex, Melvin and whoever else would stick around for as long as they do. I'd be asking myself "Why?! What's the benefit?"
well...dex has been earning six figures so i'm not sure what his skill sets are outside of bbing to earn the same amt of money. have no clue with melvin? |

Goes to show you how screwed up the judging is!, how in the hell did Rolley beat Mel, when Mels condition was just as good, and Mels back is 10 times better,and he has better symmetry? |

Because Melvin's body looks tired and worn and Roelly looks fresh...It's the way in which the muscle presses against the skin. You should know by now that symmetry doesn't mean as much as you want it to in bodybuilding...Ask Melvin, Flex, and Brian Buchanann |

Ive been a Melvin fan since HD got his pro card. But I have been disPpointed in the fact that he lacks conditioning every yr except at the 05 O. He's done, he needs to hang up his posing trunks and be a bodyguard to the stars or something.
Who's going to hire a 5'5 bodyguard? |
