Can't believe he's allowed to compete like that. He couldn't win a local, level one masters division show, let alone place at a lot of them and he's gone head to head with guys like Melvin, Dexter, Gustavo etc.

no, I cropped them out about a year ago because its odd to compare large lat spread shots to small distant ones.

you see how good the 99/AC comparison is?

Chris's lat spread doesn't come close.

long Y shaped torso, narrower lats, quads not as good, arms too small for his frame etc.

its sad you people think it is better..

Structurally speaking, Flex looks best there. Ronnie carries the most muscle, but Flex's shape and structure is the most ideal of the 3

nasser's RLS was not bad at all even when he was over 275 pounds!!.. the ONLY pose that was affected when he started to compete over 270 pounds was the RDB!!..
