This guy gave me a huge impact. Huge muscle with deep separation.
Sure. Maybe not aesthetic. But he has the serious hardcore muscle.
The guy like this should place high.

Amazing conditioning.

Those triceps are sliced, remind me of Bannout.

I think Kefalianos deserved to place higher than Roelly.

Who cares about aesthetics? Not the IFBB judges. That's pretty apparent when you have a sloppy mess like Cutler beating guys like Jackson at the O. This dude owns Cutler.

that is some serious thickness,sliced and might have the best calves in bbing right now.any more size could hurt him,but i think by now he is maxxed out no?just keep coming in like this and he will be ok at smaller shows,i don't think a mr o title is in his future but whatever he is still good to qualify.

Michael is a great guy. I trained with him when i was on holiday at Kos in Greece. He was working as a taxi driver and bouncer.

#2 i would be a terrible bodubuildign judge, because kefalianos, in these pictures, looks better, more symmetrical, more balanced, and dryer then jay at the olympia last year.....yet he is placing out of the top 3 in 3rd teir shows

i agree, steroids really are passe these days now that the equipment has gotten so much better and nutritional information has progressed so much

and even when pros did use steroids, they didnt really use alot.............why i was just reading last night on the md forums, and lee priest said he doesnt use growth hormone, and the biggest cycle he will do is 500mg of enanthate a week and "maybe" a shot of deca

ao when you comapre lee to a guy with similar stature from the early 80's, and notice hwo much the bodies have changed...........you know that it can be attributed to better equipment, harder training, and better nutritional information

..........no big mystery
