I basically eat whatever i want, to be perfectly honest. I just make sure i get in a lot of protein from red meat and eggs.

When I "diet"... if you want to call it that....i just cut out a lot of the crap foods and I lose BF and water. I'm not interested in getting super-lean.....It's not a priority. I'm not a competitive BBer, I'm just a dude who trains hard and is lucky enough that i get results

I understand Catalan so so but i cant speak well.
Catalan is like Spanish and French mixed.
No wonder because of the geographic position of Barcelona.
