Yea I'm embarrassed, especially considering how huge and massive you look
You're like the skinny, no muscle geek that comes into a nutrition store with your reading glasses on and a book on nutrition, and then proceed to argue with whoever is working while trying to prove a point that you never will or can. Why? Because you're a joke to everyone. You look like a joke, you act like a joke, and you can't even gain a lb of muscle on your physique. Hopefully one day you'll wake up and realize you should shoot yourself.
Your profile picture on a bodybuiding forum is an image of a dog, clearly you are embarassed of a subpar physique. Furthermore, all your posts illustrate your level of education, or lack thereof. You live inside a self made prison, ruled by nutritional guidelines you picked up from the latest copy of Flex Magazine's article on Phil Heath's guide to gaining mass. Perhpaps if you spent a few years at a university of higher learning or dedicated some time to researching actual clinical, peer reviewed studies you would see that your shameful body is a result of athletic specific nutritional ignorance. In the mean time, I will continue to be empathetic towards your situation, I realize not everyone has the means to a degree of higher learning nor the intelligence quotient to understand medical trials on human physiology. Your outwardly aggressive rant on my own body is yet another testament to the glaring jealousy and shame that you live with every day and are reminded of every time you see your own reflection. I would be happy to help you break the cycle of failure and write you a diet plan or a workout regime if you are so inclined to accept it. Please, let me know.
