how much is she looking to loose, honestly if its 50 llbs or less, don't buy it. Does she diet and do cardio or anything.

Bad idea... especially if neither one of you knows what you are doing.  I would recommend diet and training.

Really,just from diet and hard training I lost 75-80 lbs in 5 months. And I sill eat all the things I love :)

Congrats Yng...NEVER did a pill or anything until march of last year to help maintain..but in 08 it was blood sweat and tears...GOOD FOR YOU
