Anti E while on?

I know this has been discussed before, but I want to bring it back  up, as I keep getting conflicting info on if I should use an Anti-E while on?

What do all of you do?

1.  Always use an Anti-E while on?
2.  Never use an Anti-E while on?
3.  Use one if symptoms pop up?

I started 600 mg test, 300 mg deca, 4 IU GH about 3 weeks ago.

I usually use them only if I need it...but if I'm cutting up I will take letro at 1mg per day
