Is Dexter Doing the Olympia? Freeman Said No

Just caught the end of Tony Freemans PBW interview and he says that Dexter told him he doesn't think he will compete at the Olympia.  Is Dexter retiring or just taking a break? He must be freaked out over losing to Kai and Phil and even Branch after just being Mr. O.

Dex is without a doubt one of the top 5 BBers in the world... but I dont know if he ever beats branch, jay, kai or phil again.

Not saying he's not good enough... he's just not getting the placings anymore.

Dexter probably needs to do something freaky with his body to stand out these days. He's competing against well conditioned freaks. He's definitely still top 10 in the world, but I have trouble envisioning him beating the usual suspects now, and his recent placings - even at or near his best form - indicate that.

I think that for years Dexter just relied on his tight waist and torso (compared to others with huge guts) because other than that he has not improved much (apart from gains in his jaw and cranium)

good point,happens to them all.take darrem charles king of the smaller shows he will not win them again,he hit that 5 yr peak run where he was nailing every show in top shape and adding size like dex then he maxxed out.2 great bbers overall.

tony freeman, like dexter jackson, is massively overrated. dexter is coming bakc to earth after somehow winning the olympia.  he musta given those judges the nights of their lives at one point.
