Fast foward to 2:20-2:22 ish, you'll see a kid with no hand put up a legitimate #405 on the bench. Real quality lifting from that boy.

We've got a local guy here, 14 years of age weighing 145 lbs and putting up 450 lbs

Gaspari nutrition have shown interest and Big Dan Hill has sent him a personalized arm routine
