If a package has made it to ISC new york usps...does that mean it has already gone through customs...my package has been sittin there for like 6 days now..my order was shipped 11 business days ago..

it will usually say 'inbound to customs' if its in customs, if its just at ICS NY it maybe held up or waiting to be transfered to your local post depot, give them a call and ask them

Yea I'm thinkin the international mailroom is just backed up...iv been reading ics newyork usps is after it goes through customs but I'm not sure because I have read a couple different things...if anyone else could chime in I would appreciate it.

usps online information couldn't be more wrong either, several times it has said its still near the origination point and it's already been delivered...
