Will this just be too much of a stimulant overload? I usually drink about 5-10 cups a day but now I'm taking ECA and think the caffeine and other shit in green tea might be too much to handle.

I wouldn't worry if your tolerance for caffeine is good. I drink tons of black coffee and green tea while on it, and never had a problem. Frankly, if you can handle ephedrine well, caffeine even in huge amounts is child's play.

No. And the theanine might actually take some of the "edge" off the EC stack.

If you're not taking an ECA, then you can sip green tea all day long without worry. If you are taking one, I'd cut the green tea a bit, just to be on the safe side.

I've done ECA stack and tried to drink green tea with it and ended up lying down on the floor taking deep breaths trying to regulate my heart beat... So, with me it didn't work out so great...
