I remember years ago seeing clips and hearing an interview on Stern that confirmed Fluffer use. They were usually used during orgy and gang bang type films. And the fluffers were b or c grade porn girls or older ones.

I think I read somewhere that in the past they did have them, but nowadays they dont really exist (I guess because of the prominent use of drugs like viagra etc).
