its kinda funny you got so pissed off and went to the gym got a pump and posted some pics....

You look good man....try hitting some real poses though man and maybe even some full body ones instead of the beach body poses...maybe someday you will win the natural olympia...calm down, Im just bustin your balls....good amount of muscle for being so lean...your abs do kick my fat boy abs at the moment...hah...

Yah its a privately owned gym.

I train at night and have a key....I train when no one is there sometimes....Lock up the place when I`m done.

Very good that way....nobody in the way and no distractions....You can focus like hell....

massive replied to my pm saying he heard he had implants in his arms. but because the rules of mayhem are not to attack other members, he wasnt going to allow any questioning of the guy. of course, that rule didnt matter when others would attack adonis or myself.
