Donna Simpson is working as hard as she can to get fat -- very, very fat. She weighs 600 pounds, she claims, and is vying for the title of world's fattest woman from the Guinness Book of World Records.

If she can't do it, she'll settle for world's fattest mom. She faces some sturdy competition from this woman, who had triplets in 2008, when she reportedly weighed 560 pounds.

How does Simpson do it?

Her daily caloric intake goal matches that of world champion swimmer Michael Phelps -- when he's training ... a lot. Simpson can't move more than 20 feet, reportedly, without help from one of these.

saw this the other night..people pay her to watch her eat...and she's married to a skinny black dude...

they showed her in a bikini...i lost my appetite for two days..and my dog ran out of the room.

Why us? Why do we have to fall for the fat, lazy white woman who has low standards and shoots for such low goals as fattest woman in the world. I mean, why not get hooked up with a woman trying to be the worlds richest woman? Maybe there is too much competition for that one?

And this woman, has she thought of what happens after she get the title? I mean the weight loss. And has she thought of maybe she might not live to see herself gain the title? What with heart disease, clooged arteries,etc? She also should have her kids taken away, because she is a selfish mother who is not thinking about her health to take care of her kids, and is giving them a poor role model to follow, and I gaurantee that her kid(s) are possibly fat as well.

Seriously this is not healthy. These bitches are 600lbs at what 5'6 or something? I used to be 350# at 6'2" and I felt like death. Can't imagine how unhealthy these bitches feel. Positive self image or not, it's NOT healthy period!

actually the little girl is quite cute...i feel sorry for her..that's the example her mother is setting for her...her husband just digs big ladies...i agree dude..i don't understand it..i mean..i like thickness but she looks like the michelin man's big sister..

Parker I agree with you. Horrific role model for her kids. Big reason why I lost my weight. I don't want my daughter that being big you are also happy. I don't care what a big person says, they are not that happy.

There was a couple on Tyra or Oprah once and the husband wanted her to be fat. Whoever was hosting the show basically said "you're killing her" and he said all her blood values were fine so being that fat was no big deal.

Fine for what, a slaughtered pig? There is also cholesterol levels, enlarged heart, kidney issues, knee and joint problems, breathing problems,etc. Although, I know many West African men like heir women big.
