i think she's more like that. A "smart" person wouldn't have needed handwritten notes for her 3 strongest beliefs... Energy, Taxes, and Lifting spirits? How hard is that to remember, if you believe in them?
She's not bright - but she (or her handlers) is very media saavy. She can't keep misstepping once she has the spotlight, but as long as there are sexually repressed republican voters and leftwing viewers that hate her, there will always be demand for palin!
