I hate having to keep chiming in to these threads...

But.... Stark is pulling your collective chains!

I've met Stark in real life on one of the survival training courses he taught in the Wicklow mountains (outside Dublin)... I believe he's ex-army (can't be sure of that as I heard it second-hand); but I've met him and he's about 220 and very lean.

I don't know why he posts all these "Benched 225 lbs today" threads... but I think it's just his sense of humour. When I spoke to him I asked if he competed in powerlifting or bodybuilding... he just answered a deadpan: "Nah dude, I just do yoga". Yet friends of mine who workout in the city centre tell me he's quite the powerlifter.

Don't quite get the joke myself... but I know he's probably laughing his ass of at these threads.

Epic photography skills courtesy of Squadfather school of photography.. you did miss one critical variable in your atempt though, you forgot to include a blurry sliding trailer park door with a screen behind it (for extra camouflage) so you're gonna lose some points on that.. good shadows and highlights though...
