I like the Fat Boy and Superglide. Harley is making it tough with crazy financing right now.

I do to Drakje, but they are to heavy for me..That is why I'd buy a used sportster for my first one and pay cash out right, the are not that expensive

I'm not mechanical at all and have an unnatural mistrust of mechanics. Whatever I rode would pretty much have to be stock.

This was my fav...in my price range too

Another one I had my eye on

My pops thinks I will regret getting a sportster. After I go through the bike course, where I will ride a bike for the first time I'd feel more comfortable

Yeah, I would buy a used one, but they only started producing them in 2008, so even a used one is like 10-13 grand!
I could afford one, but then there would go my savings acount :-) lol  Some day baby.... some day!

Yeah Definitely do the course, you learn  a lot of great things, listen to instructors!

It was expensive here in MD, cost me 300 dollars grrr, but at least now I got my M endorsement :-) even though I still suck at riding!

There's always the chinese knock off for 4 grand! :-D

My girlfriend's dad takes it to some Bosnian guy and it comes back working. Her dad knows car stuff and can't be ripped off. Fucker could make up words and I wouldn't know any better, LOL!
