i always thought black people were quite good at rock n roll....i listen to the oldies now n then....dunno why they had to switch to boring arabic..errr..Rythim n blues music....its nothing but arabic music in english... 
no welfare has...its actually done that to lower class whites and hispanics also...blacks just share the brunt of the load..cause as the lower classes go..they seem to be coming first and instead of fixing it..continue to complain about it <notice i didn't include lower class brownies and asians in this genere>
black doctors and engineers have no problems integrating into society...and i doubt black doctors listen to hip crap and rap
Black musicians invented Rock and Roll, it was more of a branching off of or a combo of Souther Blues, R and B and Jazz. Even the Country Music stable of the banjo was a African instrument from the Ghana region called the banju. In old pics and paintings before Country Music, you would see a black man holding or playing a a banjo.
In fact with segregation, blacks had to depend on each other.
