As a natural bodybuilder, it is important to time macronutrient intake as well as overall caloric needs in such a manner that keeps lipid storage to a minimum and muscle anabolism to a maximum. Carbohydrates provide energy to the body and the muscles especially during short, intense burt exercises. For this reason, I suggest 30g carbohydrates 2 hours pre-workout and 30g cabohydrates immediately post workout. Any more will be stored as fat without the use of insulin for enhanced nutrient shuttling. Look for complex carbohydrates and avoid foods that have the majority of their carbs coming from simple sugars. Pre-workout should be entirely complex carbohydrates for steady and sustained energy. Post workout should have some simple sugars (no more than 15g) to spike blood sugar for maximum nutrient utilization.

Just finished writing a new diet for myself, sorta for a slow muscle gain, and with a maintanence of fat levels, or maybe if I'm lucky some loss, I'm natural weigh 230 lbs with love handles lol, not terrible ones, but they're there for sure

Diet consists of, 300 g protein, 300 g carbs, and 60 g fat (about 3000 calories).

I work out at around 2 pm, which means I'll have two meals before hand.  One in the morning with 47 g of carbs, and the second at noon with 70 g of carbs, (both of course also have protein and fats - but this discussion is about carbs) and then I go train at 2 pm (I don't eat anything right before I go to the gym except 1 scoop of Phenom Labs Herculaen Xtreme which is an NO-Booster/Creatine).

Right after working out (around 4 pm), I take Wicked Whey Protein shake (approx 50g protein), and 6 tablespoons of Dextrose (approx 48 g of carbs).

And then as the day goes by I have the rest of my meals!

But I guess I must be doing something wrong, isn't the goal to be natural, but have everyone on Getbig accuse you of juicing? :-) LOL!

I have a philosophy....

If you are natural, and people accuse you of juicing, you get happy

If you are juicing and hiding it, and people accuse you of juiing, you get pissed and defensive

I can imagine if you are natural and people just keep saing it over and over again it may get annoying, but man I wanna be so big people accuse of using steroids!

Never do an oral only cycle ACH.  I looked at your page and you have alot of potential brother.  Only you can decide if/when you wanna try a cycle though.

you have alot of potential, you know how to get in contest shape and you definitely maxed out as a natural. now you have ALOT of shit to read to get good knowledge about aas if thats what you wanna do, atleast 1 year of intense reading on gear boards, books and stuff. or you could get knowledge from a very good trainer like hany rambod. dont try to get knowledge from bros at gyms, they give shitty advices most of the time. just read read read and ask questions on different boards, compare answers and do what you gotta do man!

Best i feel is eating maybe 30 grams of carbs in the morning, and none the rest of the day, except post-workout powder form. Any extra i feel stuffed.

.30g wont get you shit......2 hours prior is too far out....hit it around 1.5 hours, up it to 60grams min and make it medium/low gi......and enjoy the pump
