I believe part of what passed is a mandate that you get coverage or face some kind of penalty?  Not sure if it's just money or it will actually be a crime.

Doubt there are that many senior people in IRS.  17k is an estimate. Watch that number grow over 20k.

I think the real issue is if people are going to feel and pressure on their wallets come November.  Most of the heavy handed stuff won't kick in for years, so the Dems may still be running strong.  It will be incumbent upon Republicans to make a case, so we'll see how good of a job they do.

I am going to blame everything on Obama and the Dems now, including every sneeze, cold, ache, pain, etc.
