wiggs, i understand your frustration, i have been through the same thing time and time and time again
i have posts years back on this site arguing against adonis about a calorie is a calorie...i was so fucking sure
that i needed specific ratios and could not eat carbs before bed, carb cycling, no sugar, etc etc etc
everytime my diet crashed because of binges out of frustration
just give this a try, i promise you it will not only work, but you will make it all the way through a cut without
quiting or feeling like dogshit
