What I meant is this: When in a deficit, metabolism slows down somewhat. Also, when losing weight, maintenance intake goes down. But as soon as you eat more again and start to gain weight again, the effect is reversed. I don't believe that by a certain pattern of lowering calories or upping cardio, you can get the body in a state where it wouldn't lose weight anymore, which it would if you would have got to the same point differently. What people usually mean with a "plateau" is that they need to do something out of the ordinary to "trick" the body into losing weight again, like actually upping calories or eating more frequently or upping cardio instead of lowering calories, and so on.
Gotcha. I think the real tough task comes in regards to losing bodyfat and retaining muscle.....people get a little crazy on the calorie deficit and they get that funky skinny-fat thing going.....
wavelength - what do you think about the protein found in ezekiel bread, oats etc? This doesnt count does it, because the amino profiles arent complete?
I don't think the task is that tough. All you need is enough protein and intense strength training. At least that's what you can do as a nattie. I gained strength on my last cut, it's not that hard to do.
Will you ever post a training video? I'm sure your fans would appreciate it.
Glaubst du ich bin ein Weichei wenns ums Training geht?
Nein, wieso?
Manchmal glaub I du bist a bissal zynisch.
Jetzt versteh ich gar nix mehr. Ich hab doch nur eine äußerst sachliche, in keinster Weise wertende Frage gestellt.
you cant trick your body. the idea is a fallacy, lol.
you argue just like a dumb fucking christian who is in denial of scientific proof...taking things out of contextjust to convince yourself you are right
