One is looking to hike my taxes, control my life, hike my electric bill, hike my health premium etc.

The other, while deeply flawed, will leave me alone by and large.

I never aligned myself with the religious right. While I dont like abortion, I know out lawing it is not going to do anything. I have also been for drug legalization, so I dont know if you really know what I stand for.

BTW as for the wars, you need to talk to 50% of the democrats as well who were for that too, including hillary and kerry. So dont brand only the gop with that.
