Hey guys, back from Hawaii for a month, gotta say it was an unbelievable experience, couldn't really keep up with the boards, I was just way too busy, if I wasn't working, I was going out to the beach (if it was day time) or to a bar or restraunt (at night). I was training maybe 4 days a week out there, it was pretty tough to catch workouts, suprisingly I was able to maintain a good amount of muscle (maybe it was due to all the excess cals I was getting from the food/beer. But pretty much every single day I was there was a cheat day..no joke there wasn't one day I was there that I was able to eat completely clean. I was able to train at local Hawaiian gyms and I gotta say it was awsome, I had aq membership at 24 hr fitness in Honolulu and Maui, and in Kuaui I trained at the Kauai Atheltic club, which was a throw back gym..lots of old school equipment there, and they even have a few beers on tap at the snack/smoothie bar lol..
