you guys can all fly down to dallas and we will go to metroflex and have a big bench competition the right way,  out side when its 125 degrees and the bar burns your hands

Just so you know I will be coming to lift the weights and not hang out in the steam room,  here is the last - and only - meet I ever did.  2 months shy of being 6 years ago when I was a freshly minted college grad at age of 22.





2nd Place.  Didn't even win my own class.   :'(
