Deserved to win three times (at least) is the opinion ;)  Never said he won them that cant be argued.  And the opinion can not be changed, just like you and Hulkster's.

No in fact you guys have claimed he did win NOT he should have , deserved to or probably won , you in fact said he did , just like he placed third in 96 when he did not

there you go arguing semantics again, i obviously did not mean he "won" them because I know the final placings.

Someone who thinks Jay Cutler should have won in 2001 may say "Jay won in 2001" - doesnt mean he thinks he took the trophy home, just means he deserved to.

1998 ASC you'd never know Flex is 40+ pounds lighter than Nasser  ;)

true, but a lot of that was oil that year.

oil weighs less than muscle.

ND, I'm curious, who would you rate as the top 10 bodybuilders (1 to 10) of the 90s?

It's next to impossible to place them in an order although I think Dorian could beat them all but the 10 best in no order would be

Haney , Yates , Flex , Ronnie , Levrone , Labrada , Taylor , Ray , Francios , Nasser , could change out a guy or two but these were the best of the 90s

Practically every contest has some decisions which are questioned.  You're the one of the only few naive one who thinks there are no such biases in judging.

I don't mean who "could" beat who, because that can go both ways.  Which individual do you think would beat the other out of Wheeler and Yates.  Don't dodge the question, you just stated here that you felt Wheeler 93 was better than Ronnie 01 you didn't use the phrase "could have beaten"

I think the criteria favors Dorian so Dorian would win

So Wheeler 93 > Ronnie 01.  Yates 93 does not beat Ronnie 01 (may, may not).  But Yates 93 > Wheeler 93?  Doesnt make sense.

Look at three are a toss up and I think any of them could beat each other but I think Dorian at his best could beat both Flex & Ronnie at their best , I think the criteria clearly favor's his physique

so Dorian 1993/1995 beats Flex 93 and Ronnie 01 in my opinion

Questioned by whom? the losers and their fans? that's not proof of anything

I know there are biases in the judging it's for the criteria and the physique it favors , you can't accept the fact your hero wasn't as good as you fluffed him up to be

I deal in facts

doesn't look like a "toss up" when you first post was in favour of Flex overe Ronnie AC (which you have said many times was his best)and your words were:

By far

So Wheeler 93 is "by far" better than Coleman 01, and Coleman 01 and Yates 93 are a "tossup" and now you're saying Wheeler vs Coleman is also a tossup lol stop contradicting yourself

That was to generate interest and guess what  ;) this thread was designed for one purpose and I proved my point.

I'm telling you now if Flex , Ronnie and Dorian all entered a contest at their bests , Dorian would beat them all because the criteria favor's his physique but I'm willing to concede either Flex or Ronnie are good enough to beat Dorian either way it would be close

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA my GetBig credibility is gone lmfao Hulkster claimed this years ago you're in good company

Flex , Ronnie and Dorian at their bests could beat each other and Nasser at his best couldn't beat ANY of them  ;)

I think Ronnie takes this pose....Flex has slightly better lines and a bit more detail in the mid and upper back as well as arms......but IMO  Ronnie carries a LOT more muscle and is much drier in the lower body. also Ronnie has very good shape himself......it's just that nobody is going to beat flex Wheeler on shape

Flex Magazines top 5 Arnold winners...

1. Ronnie Coleman (2001)
Of his eight Olympia and overall 26 IFBB professional wins, Ronnie Coleman has established himself as arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all times, and this is the version of his physique is the one most experts point to as being his best. Standing 5′11″ and weighing 247 pounds, Coleman was hyper-muscular, tight, dry and still retained the lines (wasp waist and all) of his amateur days. From head to toe, back to front, he astounded judges, audience and fellow competitors alike. The 2001 AC Coleman was a physique for the ages.

It's hard to go against Flex when you see those pics but I've heard from people that saw the show that Labrada was wider than Flex proportion wise and at 216 he would have a hard time beating a shredded Ronnie at 247.

If bodybuilding is a pure art form then flex should win.
If bodybuilding is a mixture of art, sport, shock and awe, freakshow; then Ronnie should win.

This dude knows how to write some compelling shit......thanks for sharing that.......

yeh, love flex, but the way this ddue puts it, Ronnie is King.....that physique was incredible
