Hey everyone,

So I am on working on a keto diet, and I have a cholesterolof 999 mg and a sodium of 3298 mg per day, is that acceptable? Opinions? Suggestions.

Those numbers suggest you're not eating very clean.  According to the AHA, dietary cholesterol should be under 300 and sodium under 2400.  High cholesterol foods have a lot of saturated fat or trans fat and that much sodium suggests to me that you're eating a lot of processed food  :-\

Here is my diet, so how is it so bad?

I can see where the high sodium and cholesterol come from, but what are viable alternatives? I'm doing a KETO-based diet. Help?
