what's your opinion of chiropractors?

Their profession gets lumped into naturopathy all the time and one has nothing to do with the other.  Its just a part of medicine although largely ignored...sort of like a foot doctor or something.  I had to go to one back in 2006 for 6 weeks  when some girl texting on the phone sideswiped me and ran me into a wall.  

Well right off the bat that chick should be found and the shit beat out of her.  She almost did what most of us want to do.  Could this incident be the reason why you look the way you do and always finish last.  Just wondering since you always seem to come up with some reason why you don't win or place higher.  Nothing beats the falling up the stairs excuse.  That one was great

By the way a chiropractor is not comparable to a foot doctor.  A chiropractor is a fancy massage therapist.  They still can't write prescriptions.  But I love them

Most are crooks...wow Rob...they love to run up the tab??  I have met more attorneys that are crooks than chiros.  Funny how an x-ray at a chiro is $280...yet that same x-ray at an ER is billed at $700.  Hmmmm.....yeah, that sounds crooked for chiros.

Grandmother was a surgeon and she always said that they were crooks and they are.   I had to see a few but refused treatment because they said that it would be a life long treatment session.  I live with 4 Herniated Disc in my back, Neck, Degenerative Disk Disease and Arthritis all throughtout my back but i would never let one of those twinks fuck my back up even worse.

Didn't mean to crap on all of them.... sorry. i have had 2 experiences with family members... they were both in auto accidents and lawsuits pending... and both times, the injury was gone and they just kept on insisting on appointments, kept on doing next to nothing, just making sure there was a record for attendance for $$$.  I'm sure not all chiros do that...  Just the 2 that I knew of.  

but like i said, i loved the one i went to, and recommend it.  he fixed it in one session.

I can't stand them.  Most are crooks.  They love to run up the tab when you're in a lawsuit and they know they're gonna get paid in full.  They can do more damage than help.

But, at the same time...

When I had a shoulder issue/strained biceps ligament causing me terrible pain for months, ONE session of active release therapy fixed it.  If I got hurt again, i'd find one in my area - www.activerelease.com - Milos was saved by active release therapy just hours before 2x rotator cuff surgery.  it's a combo of motrion, massage and electricity at the same time.  painful but very effective. 

I take issue with ART courses.  They teach things that should only should be done by chiropractors however their courses are open to any person licensed with deep tissue treatment such as massage therapist or even an athletic personal trainer for example.  I think its a reckless thing to do for people who have not been trained in spinal manipulation. 


As far as Chiro's being crooks, a lot of things they charge for are much less than most medical facilities and you never hear people complaining about their chiropractic bill.  Each session from mine that I had was 30 dollars and that included 15 minutes on the vibration therapy bed so it was well worth it. 

If chiropractors weren't needed, then you wouldn't see them on the sidelines of most professional sports such as the NBA and NFL.

Hypoxia is lack of oxygen supply flowing through your blood vessels which is prob because those arteries are being constricted by your tons of whale blubber.

Your O2 may be up but so is your weight.  Spend less time on the computer and get your fat ass on a treadmill
