My left leg is thinner than my right, so I would give it a try for sure.

I don't like leg presses with seats like that, seems like it forces you to round your back.

Coach,

Would you rather have that over a Belt Squat?

I personally LOVE this squat machine:

I trained at the power factory in Ohio and they had one.  Two plates per side DESTROYED my legs.

Looks as an attempt to duplicate the Nautilus Squat Machine on a 45 degree leg press.

The cradle alone weighs close to 400lbs. What I really like about it is the band attachments.

Its a glorified stair stepper in my opinion and I don't see the benefit from having this machine over a standard leg press in as it prob would coast around 2-3000 dollars for it.

That must cost a fortune, even without the weights.

I haven't bought any weights in a while and was looking to add a pair of olympic 45's.

They wanted over 200 bucks, that's ridiculous. This stuff is so expensive nowadays.

Stair stepper?

Well, if you are doing alternating press movement which is what that contraption does, then its no different from doing the same thing on a Stair Stepper.  You can add more weight of course but it would be a very uncomfortable movement as well as pretty dangerous.  Better to do squats with both legs for even development of the quadriceps

I do sell other brands but there's nothing wrong with Body Solid.  They have a great line of home and commercial equipment and its a lot better priced than other companies.  They don't sell any fancy machines like belt squats machines or etc but they'll kill any company when it comes to your basic Power Rack or Smith Machine.

If you're putting together a training studio or gym, its hard to properly equip everything from just one company.  You have to do your research and chose the equipment best for your goals.

Well you finally see tjhe light.  YES you are worthless.  Remember your place here Goodrum, don't talk about shit you have no idea about.  There are plenty of gay and cock sucking threads for you to "shine" on here.  Leave anything to do with training to people who know.

And, Nebula stuff is great.

Gayer than putting together a training studio.
