you ruined any chances of that for the guy.  Hey Goodrum does Vissy ram your ass while you are typing.  Maybe that is why most of your posts make no sense.,

Chuckle, so after 3 years of making excuses and lying, you're now going to blame me for you not paying Travis???  ::)

Keith, you had every intention of just taking his money and running without ever giving him any product.  Even Thomas acknowledged the debt and added in his issues regarding you trashing his site and taking his money.

Your nose grows as big as your belly with all the lies you made

Its pretty sad how a post about equipment is ruined by Basile's and Keith's once again trying to get the upper hand on me.  Oh well....

No what ruined it is you trying to fit in where you don't belong by giving advice on what equipment should be used.  Jesus christ you compared a leg press to a stairstepper.  Face it Goodrum you do not belong here or anywhere,

Take a guess who came in last place in this pic

There's three guys in that pic..two of them are bodybuilders that work out the other was employed to mop the floor after the show but saw men walking around in thongs so decided to strip down to his undies and drag his baboon like arms out onto the stage and give it a go to..he did'nt realise it was a bodybuilding show.

While I agree that Keith has ripped me personally off some money I will say that he is experienced enough to provide correct advice.

At the end of the day Keith has been an elite athlete competing in a sport that required muscular strength and endurance.

But it is true he still ripped me off

Gotta laugh at the way Melvin Goodrum tries to save face. The nincompoop tries anything in his trailer-park book of dirty tricks to discredit others. I have never called his home or work number. What a bullshitter this dick is. I gave up on trying to help Melvin a couple of years ago. Let's face it, it takes a certain amount of brain cells to actually know what good advice is. Melvin wouldn't have a clue. How he feels confident to advise others is the stuff of charlatans who have no business in this industry. His certificates don't count for much and where has he had any experience actually instructing people in proper gyms?

One of the first things a novice learns when posing is to hide his hand doing the triceps pose so that the arm looks bigger. Look at Melvin! WTF is that buffoon doing extending his hand like that? It brings attention to how long his arms are. The judges must have wondered who that dude was with long arms not seen since the Neanderthal times.

I am amazed Goodrum wasn't disqualified for having an unusual lump on his calves. He never did explain that. I saw the same kind of lump on Jay Cutler's calves when he was in Sydney about 9 years ago with Dexter.

I use a leg press machine like the one Joe posted on the first page.

The sled itself weighs a ton, and doing them unilaterally has helped bring up my twiglike legs quite a bit. :)

No arguments there. I don't think most people would, but Vince isn't most people ;D

I think it's hilarious it took him 6 years of training to make the progress most of us could do in 2.

Says someone who sells Body "Solid", hahahahahahahahaha!!!!

Uh oh.  My rack is a BS.  So basic I had to number the holes myself with a magic marker.  Gets the job done just the same tho.

Well, if you are doing alternating press movement which is what that contraption does, then its no different from doing the same thing on a Stair Stepper.  You can add more weight of course but it would be a very uncomfortable movement as well as pretty dangerous.  Better to do squats with both legs for even development of the quadriceps

...said the man with no muscles.
