Do you watch Olbermann or Hannity?

Do you find yourself nodding throughout their program? If so, you are part of the flock and are an idiot.

I watched Olbermann but stopped a while after the election.  He proved he's no better than Hannity at Fox.

I agreed with some of the stuff he said but I was never an Olbermann sheeple.  It's just that once I saw he was willing to do for Obama what Fox did for Bush, I wasn't much interested anymore.  I'd rather listen to people who judge the matter at hand and agree or disagree.  There's not many like that these days.  Thom Hartmann is still good imo.

I dont even watch TV anymore.  A guy named John Batchelor just came on the radio in NYC starting 9pm and his show is so far better than anything on tv.

Honestly, I dont even watch TV anymore as 99% of it is worthless nonsense.

I dont understand why people bother with TV anymore.   In my gym they only get msnbc on the cardio machines and I tried watching Maddow last night.  I can honestly say she is one of the most unwatchable shows I have ever seen.

How anyone can say she is talented or smart is beyond me.  She not only lies, but presents things with half truths, 1/4 truths, and does not at all present any intelligent commentary to the discussion.

Not that Hannity is better, he is a joke and unwatchable himself.  In fact, in NYC now his radio ratings are lower than the competitor on a rival station, which I listen to.

Turn off the tv and tune in to the radio!

I get to the office at 7 am.  I leave by around 7pm or so.  I am juggling 2000 things at once.  I get to the gym around 7:45 or 8 or so and work out for an hour or two.  Its funny though, we have a few gorillas in my my gym and I have never seen so many people so pissed off and they all talk politics all the time, which is cool.  Picture 15 Drinking w Bob's in a gym with one limp wristed lib in the corner doing shoulder presses with 15lb dumbbells.

I dont live with my girl so I am alone when she is not there.  I dont like silence so I need something on in the backround.  I have zero tolerance for celeb culture bs and the baseball season has not started yet.  Once baseball starts, I watch the Yankees games and go our drinking w the boys alot.  Probably too much.  ;D

I wouldn't stay in a gym with 15 drinking w bobs, no way.  We usually have one or two people who make a show/ass of themselves and that's enough.  Most of the people in the gyms I've worked out at are pretty cool.  I also don't like the celeb bullshit.  I'll watch their shows/movies but don't care much for their acting like royalty and just ignore them for the most part.  Ok, it wasn't too much, I was just curious what else you did.

Sounds like an overstatement to me.  I can't watch Olbermann and rarely watch Hannity, but I'm certain I've watched a portion of his show and agreed with some of what he said.  That said, Hannity doesn't impress me.

I watch both most nights.  It's nice to see the extreme arguments of both sides, knowing the truth is in the middle.

They will take the same events of the day.  hannity will use them to paint obama in a bad light.  Olbermann will use them to paint repubs in a bad light.

hannity will call joe the plumber a hero. Olbermann will call JTB a hopeless douchebag.  The truth is, he's a d-bag who is a hero to many!

I can't stand either one of them-- especially Olbermann who is the news equivalent of watching a monkey drink it's own urine.

I like O'Reilly occasionally. I liked Dobbs when he was on the air. Outside of those two, I really don't like any of the cable news pundits.

Steeve-o the reality for me, and probably yourself, is that once you read and become really informed on stuff, its almost an insult to watch the garbage on tv.

I was hannity and almost feel bad for him now.  Same for Olberman.  Madow is just awful.  I tried again to watch her while doing cardio tonight and couldnt last more than a few minutes so I put on a re-reun on Law & Order.

I find that the radio and internet are far more educating and informative than tv.  Youtube has GREAT clips by all sorts of people that are extremely informative on all sorts of crap.

I just find tv is a big waste of time overall other than baseball, which I like since I am in the bronx.

I stated throughout, obviously you are going to agree with a point here and there. Their entire agenda is to make outlandish comments they themselves probably don't believe half the time. Just trying to keep their core viewers who tune into everynight and believe all of the dribble like it's an actual news program.

Can someone please provide evidence in the form of a credible source and link that shows where Keith Olbermann is extreme, non-factual or outlandish.

I don`t think anyone here is capable to rise to the challenge which means they are merely parroting untrue Group-Think.

I await the evidence.

Can you pinpoint a specific example in Olbermann`s reporting that you did not like or that you found was not factual?  If so, can you link it and explain why you did not find it to be useful or factual.

Surely you didn`t just come to this conclusion on a whim.  Perhaps you prefer something a bit simpler and less verbose and you mistake it for poor reporting because of an inability of comprehension.  I am not saying this is the case, but until you provide a specific incident or incidents we have to consider this a possibility as to why you do no like Olbermann.
