Author Topic: Was my package seized? (Read 5330 times)

I have been tracking it and it has been in NY at customs since March 20th. Usually its only there for a couple days and on it's way here. I'm freaking out because it's all my prep stuff!!! Fuck!!!

Sometimes they hold international packages on the shelf for weeks, i wouldn't worry until you get a letter, which could be months from now.

That's just the way it goes sometimes.

I had a package sit in customs for 2 months. I did not get a letter for 3 weeks after that saying if I want my stuff come get it. I have a good source and after it sat in customs for 2 months he resent it and all's you have to do is have it sent to someone else at a differant address. I'm sure my name is now flagged.

They flag the address.

There are 27 people in my county with my exact name, but i live in one of the largest counties in the US.

you can have packages sent to the same address after getting a package seized. theres no automatic suspension of shipping rights or anything like that. lol. customs has MILLIONS of packs everyday.

I'm not worried about getting a customs letter. I'm just pissed because now I'm 11 weeks out and don't have time to wait until I get the letter. So now I'm trying to decide if I go ahead and order from another source which is domestic and doesn't have everything I need, but enough to get me through.

I know it takes time w/ international orders but I've used this same source for the last 3 years on and off and everytime I track my package on usps it's only in customs for 2 days or so. It's been there for 2 weeks now so that's why I was asking you guys.

I had one taken and got my seizure letter as well. That's what happened when I tracked it, it said it was in New York forever and then damn near exactly two months after it got to NY I got my letter. No biggie I did get it re-sent to another address. Although I came back from Mazatlan, Mexico from vacation a few weeks ago and when I went through customs they looked in the computer mentioned I had something and my bag got searched thouroughly. I didn't have any gear or drugs on me just some Cialis and Letro tabs in an old Anabolix Xtreme phera-Plex bottle but they didn't even open it. They were looking for nukes, kilos of coke and firearms. Not a few tabs of something. Good luck man.

maybe, but I doubt theres any reason for anyone to worry about LE if all they are having sent to them is a few hundred worth in gears

I got arrested for 330 d-bol tabs. Less than $100 worth, and they sent local police, DEA, and a federal task force to my house for the bust. They had digital pictures of all the doors and windows in my house and posted cops in all my neighbors yards so I was completely surrounded. The police had been following me and taking pics of my wife and I for more than a week. My entire case is written up in Rick Collins book "Legal Muscle" if you want more specifics.

Yeah I think authorities, depending on the police and location would definitely bust you for a few hundred bucks worth of gear. Interesting info spar. What was the outcome of your case?

A great lawyer, lots of time spent in court and 1 year of pissing in a cup 3 times a week at $80 per time. Not to mention the stress of thinking I was going to do jail time, when roids are considered the same as meth and coke under federal law.

BIG difference between schedule 1 And schedule 4 substances.....So what'd You Get probation? i'm assuming So since You talk about Pissing in a cup..did You Have priors? were You eligible to Get pti? if So did You Or if not why?

Actually, coke and meth are schedule 2 and steroids are schedule 3. I didn't get probation, I got on a program called TASC that AZ has for first time drug offenders. It isn't meant to be used for roids but my lawyer swung it. I didn't have any priors. I don't know what pti is.

sounds like a similar program pti is pre trial intervention basically instead of having a drawn out court case You Get a set number of months your under supervision basically probation but at the end of your set time the charge is gone You can only Get it if You Have no priors...to my knowledge steroids were schedule 4?

I have a stack of Customs letters all to the same address.

I have heard stories of guys getting raided for 100 Dbol or Amps, but i really think it all depends on where you live and how busy your local LE agents are. Another thing i know is that when the package is discovered by the post office or customs, there are certain routes they can take to get you in trouble. Most of the time they just note the address and send a letter, other times they call the Federal authorities and they take it from there.

Some would call it luck.
