What are your thaughts on Shockwave supplement

First time i use any other supplement than whey and creatine. I noticed it gives some mental energy, trained legs today didnt notice any more pump then usual.

I have not heard of that one.  Is it one of those pump-inducing supplements?

I've never regularly used anything but whey and creatine.  I tried some glutamine once and it was worthless.  They're all pretty worthless except for protein and "The Gas" in my opinion.

I often wonder how much supplements act as a placebo effect. I mean, if I give you sugar water and tell you it has all those ingredients in it, would you still get the same reaction? Probably so.

I stick to whey and creatine effervescent by FSI (great stuff). The only 2 things that really work.
