Sometimes when I'm too lazy to go to the gym.  I'll do yoga with my girlfriend at home.  It immediately becomes apperent how incredibly unflexible I am.  Then I usually screw up both of our workouts because I get horny halfway through watching my girlfriend in her yoga pants doing all that "downward dog" shit, and I have to jump her bones. But none the less, I am usually sore the next day, as yoga is actually quite difficult and hits some rarely used muscles outside of my normal lifting routine.

All in all: 2 thumbs up for yoga!

I love Yoga. When you get good with yoga a good yoga session makes you feel amazing. It's very healthy for your spine and everything else too.
